微生态制剂对肉鸡生长性能、肠道菌群及消化酶活性的影响

The influence of microecological preparations on growth performance,gut microbiota,and digestive enzyme activity in broiler chickens

摘要 文章旨在探究微生态制剂对肉鸡生长性能、肠道菌群及消化酶活性的影响。试验将1日龄罗斯308肉鸡随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组仅饲喂基础日粮,试验A组在基础日粮中添加液体微生态制剂,试验B组添加固体微生态制剂,试验组每千克日粮活菌添加量≥6×10^(9)CFU。试验为期42 d,育雏期和生长期各21 d。结果表明,添加微生态制剂对罗斯308肉鸡日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05),日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),添加液体和固体微生物制剂组的日增重较对照组分别提高3.37%和4.72%,料重比分别降低4.22%和4.82%。与对照组相比,添加微生态制剂组肉鸡回肠和盲肠中的大肠杆菌含量显著降低(P<0.05),乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的含量显著上调(P<0.05)。添加微生态制剂显著提升了罗斯308肉鸡十二指肠中蛋白酶和脂肪酶的活性(P<0.05),对空肠和回肠中的α-淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性均无显著影响(P>0.05)。液体微生态制剂和固体微生态制剂对肉鸡生长性能、肠道菌群及消化酶活性的影响均无显著差异(P>0.05)。综合以上数据,基础日粮中添加微生态制剂可以提高肉鸡生长性能、肠道菌群数量及消化酶活性,微生态制剂的形式不影响其生物学功能发挥。 This study investigates the impact of microecological preparations on growth performance,gut microbiota composition,and digestive enzyme activity in broiler chickens.One-day-old Ross 308 broiler chickens were selected and randomly allocated into three groups,each comprising eight replicates with ten chickens per replicate.The control group received a standard diet,while experimental group A was supplemented with liquid microecological preparations,and experimental group B with solid microecological preparations,both at a concentration of≥6×10^(9)CFU of live bacteria per kilogram of feed.The experimental duration was 42 days,divided equally into a 21-day brooding period and a 21-day growth period.The findings indicated that microecological preparations did not significantly affect the daily feed intake of Ross 308 broiler chickens(P>0.05).However,it significantly enhanced daily weight gain and reduced the feed-to-gain ratio(P<0.05).The daily weight gain of the liquid and solid microecological preparation groups increased by 3.37%and 4.72%compared to the control group,the feed-to-gain ratio decreased by 4.22%and 4.82%respectively.In comparison to the control group,the supplementation of microecological preparations led to a significant reduction in the Escherichia coli content within the ileum and cecum of broiler chickens(P<0.05),while concurrently resulting in a significant increase in the populations of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium(P<0.05).Furthermore,microecological preparations supplementation significantly enhanced the activity of protease and lipase in the duodenum of Ross 308 broiler chickens(P<0.05),although it did not exert a significant effect on the activity ofα-amylase,protease,and lipase in the jejunum and ileum(P>0.05).Additionally,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)observed between the effects of liquid and solid microecological preparations on the growth performance,gut microbiota,and digestive enzyme activity of broiler chickens.These findings suggest that the incorporation of microecological preparations into the basal diet can enhance the growth performance,gut microbiota,and digestive enzyme activity in broiler chickens,the form of microecological preparations does not affect their biological function.
