摘要
采用ProCAST仿真模拟软件对进气歧管下体进行砂型重力铸造模拟,分别对其充型、温度场、凝固过程、缺陷分布等方面进行分析,得出铸件内部缺陷的位置并分析原因,进行铸造工艺优化设计。在铸件高处增加多个明顶冒口的方式来实现补缩,并将冷铁均匀地布置在厚大法兰面上,使铸件产生合理的顺序凝固,降低了铸件中出现缺陷的概率。
The ProCAST simulation software was used to simulate the gravity casting of the lower body of the intake manifold,and the filling,temperature field,solidification process,defect distribution and other aspects were analyzed,the position of the internal defects of the casting was obtained,the causes were analyzed,and the casting process was optimized and designed.Add a plurality of open-top risers at the height of the casting to achieve shrinkage,and evenly arrange the cold iron on the thick flange surface,so that the casting produces a reasonable sequence solidification,and reduces the probability of defects in the casting.
