摘要
以招商银行2022-2023年的净利息收入、净手续费及佣金收入、其他净收入在营业收入中的占比为指标,基于广义模糊集GFScom的评价方法对其在两个年度的营业收入总体状况进行评估分析。首先,构造出合理有效的隶属函数计算出每一个指标在极好、较好、一般、较差、极差五种等级下的隶属度;其次建立对应的评判矩阵R,然后根据净利息收入、净手续费及佣金收入、其他净收入三项占比得出权向量A;最后通过计算B=A R°并结合最大隶属度原则得出该银行2022-2023年度的营业收入状况均为较好,且2022年总体营业收入略好于2023年。基于广义模糊集GFScom的评价方法为银行营业收入评判分析提供了新思路,且方法简单、有效、可行。
Using the proportion of net interest income,net fees and commissions,and other net income of China Merchants Bank in its operating income from 2022 to 2023 as indicators,the overall operating income in the two years based on the generalized fuzzy set GFScom evaluation method is evaluated and analyzed in this article.Firstly,a reasonable and effective membership function is constructed to calculate the membership degree of each indicator under five levels:excellent,good,average,poor,and extremely poor.Subsequently,a corresponding evaluation matrix R is established,and then a weight vector A is obtained according to the proportion of net interest income,net fee,commission income,and other net income.Finally,by computing B=A R and applying the maximum membership principle,the evaluation results indicate that the bank's operating revenue status in both 2022 and 2023 is classified as"good",with the overall revenue performance in 2022 being slightly better than in 2023.The evaluation method based on generalized fuzzy set GFScom provides a novel approach for the evaluation and analysis of bank operating income,and the method is simple,effective and feasible.
