临时天窗下重载铁路列车运行调整两阶段优化研究

Two-Stage Optimization of Train Operation Adjustment under Temporary Time Window for Heavy-Haul Railways

摘要 临时天窗的开始时间、地点及持续时间具有不确定性,短时间制定科学合理的列车运行调整方案难度较大,为降低重载铁路开设临时天窗造成的不良影响,开展临时天窗下重载铁路列车运行调整两阶段优化研究。定义多个优化参数,基于两阶段法,构建自主两阶段优化模型。第一阶段自主列车合并模型M1,通过定义天窗影响度,量化天窗影响,自主决策列车合并。第二阶段临时天窗及列车运行同步调整模型M2,接收第一阶段传递的列车信息,基于实时调整后的天窗,调整列车到发时刻。以某重载铁路为例,验证模型的有效性和求解算法的适用性,并基于编程软件编写程序,自动绘制调整后的列车运行图,从而为重载铁路调度指挥人员及施工管理者提供决策参考。 The start time,location,and duration of the temporary time window are uncertain,making it challenging to formulate a scientific and reasonable train operation adjustment plan within a short time.To mitigate the adverse effects caused by the implementation of a temporary time window on heavy-haul railways,this paper conducted research on two-stage optimization of train operation adjustment under a temporary time window for heavy-haul railways.Several optimization parameters were defined,and an autonomous two-stage optimization model was developed based on the twostage method.In the first stage,the autonomous train merging model M1 was proposed.By defining the impact degree of the time window,the impact was quantified,and train merging decisions were autonomously made.In the second stage,the temporary time window and train operation synchronization adjustment model M2 was designed.This model received train information from the first stage and adjusted train departure and arrival time based on the real-time updated time window.A heavyhaul railway was used as a case study to validate the model’s effectiveness and the applicability of the solution algorithm.A program was developed by using programming software to automatically draw the adjusted train working diagram,providing decision-making support for heavy-haul railway dispatchers and construction managers.
