摘要
随着液化天然气接收站核心装备国产化进程的不断加速,液化天然气冷能发电装备的研制也取得了显著进展,为液化天然气冷能发电技术的广泛应用奠定了坚实基础。结合液化天然气冷能发电的基本原理和工艺流程,全面梳理了当前液化天然气冷能发电装备的发展现状,重点关注设备特点和技术性能等方面要求,阐述并分析了该领域的国内外厂商及设备的供应情况。基于中国海油科研攻关及液化天然气冷能发电实际项目,总结液化天然气冷能发电核心装备的优化措施。同时,对已建和在建的液化天然气冷能发电项目进行经济分析,可为国内液化天然气冷能发电研究及项目建设提供技术及工程经验。
As the localization process of core equipment for liquefied natural gas reception stations accelerates,significant progress has been made in the development ofliquefied natural gas cold energy power generation equipment,laying a solid foundation for the widespread application ofliquefied natural gas cold energy power generation technology.By integrating the basic principles and process flow ofliquefied natural gas cold energy power generation,The current development status of liquefied natural gas cold energy power generation equipment has been comprehensively reviewed,with a focus on the characteristics and technical performance requirements.The domestic and international manufacturers in this field and their equipment supply situations were elaborated and analyzed.In conjunction with the research efforts of China national offshore oil corporation and actual liquefied natural gas cold energy power generation projects,optimization measures for core equipment of liquefied natural gas cold energy power generation were summarized.Additionally,an economic analysis of completed and ongoing liquefied natural gas cold energy power generation projects was conducted,which can provide technical and engineering experience for domestic research and project construction in liquefied natural gas cold energy power generation.
