张掖产区中药材及根际土中重金属元素迁移转化规律研究

The migration and transformation of heavy metal elements in Chinese medicinal materials and rhizosphere soil in Zhangye producing area

摘要 研究张掖地区中药材及对应根际土中重金属及有害元素的迁移转化规律,对种植品种及种植区域进行风险识别,为种植户预警潜在的污染风险,指导科学选种选地。采集张掖市中药材主产区内的板蓝根、当归、黄芪及其对应的根系土样品,采用原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法对药材及对应的根系土中的铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)含量进行测定。利用Origin分析软件,结合主成分分析、相关性分析、生物富集系数评价法等多元分析方法对测定结果进行分析。主成分分析表明,药材中5种重金属元素含量存在显著差异,根际土中5种重金属元素含量无显著性差异;相关性分析表明,Pb、As、Hg、Cu元素在土壤-药材之间无相关性,Cd元素呈正相关;生物富集系数评价结果表明,药材中5种元素的生物富集系数值均小于1。因此,张掖市主产区5种重金属元素在板蓝根、当归、黄芪中无明显的富集效应,在张掖种植这些品种污染风险小,张掖可作为这些品种的良好种植地。 The migration and transformation law of heavy metals and harmful elements in Chinese medicinal materials and corresponding rhizosphere soil in Zhangye area was studied,and risk identification was carried out for planting varieties and planting areas,so as to warn farmers of potential pollution risks and guide them to select seeds and land scientifically.Samples of Radix Isatidis,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Astragali and their corresponding root soil were collected in Zhangye City.Lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),arsenic(As),mercury(Hg) and copper(Cu) in Radix Isatidis,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Astragali and their corresponding root soil were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Using Origin analysis software,combined with principal component analysis(PCA) and correlation analysis(CA),bio-concentration factor(BCF) and other multivariate analysis methods were used to analyze the results.PCA analysis showed that there were significant differences of 5 heavy metal elements in medicinal materials,but no significant differences of 5 heavy metal elements in rhizosphere soil.CA analysis showed that there was no correlation between Pb,As,Hg,Cu and soil-medicine system,but positive correlation between Cd and soil-medicine system.The results of BCF evaluation showed that the BCF values of 5 elements were all less than 1.Therefore,there was no obvious enrichment effect of 5 heavy metal elements in Radix Isatidis,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Astragali in the main producing area of Zhangye City,which could be used as a good planting area for these varieties with low pollution risk.
