摘要
食管癌防治是我国癌症防控的重要组成部分。林州食管癌防治现场作为我国最早建立的肿瘤防治现场,在肿瘤登记、病因学研究、早诊早治等领域形成了体系化的防控策略,为完善我国癌症防治体系提供了宝贵经验。全文基于林州食管癌防治现场60余年的防治实践,回顾了其历史发展、防控体系构建及新时代挑战,探讨了其对我国癌症防控工作的借鉴意义。
The prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer constitute an important component of China’s cancer control efforts.As the earliest established cancer prevention and control field site in China,the Linzhou Esophageal Cancer Prevention and Treatment Site has developed a systematic prevention and control strategy encompassing tumor registration,etiological research,early diagnosis and treatment,and other key areas,providing valuable experience for refining China’s cancer prevention system.Based on over six decades of practical experience at the Linzhou site,this paper reviews its historical development,the construction of its prevention-control system,and emerging challenges in the new era,while exploring its reference significance for China’s nationwide cancer prevention and control initiatives.

秦富强,中共党员,主任医师,现任林州市肿瘤医院院长,曾任安阳市司法鉴定协会会长,系林州市市管专家。自担任林州市肿瘤医院院长以来,落实“防-筛-诊-治-康”全周期健康管理流程,主导建立区域癌症防控体系,推动肿瘤早期筛查、规范诊疗及康复干预机制建设,持续提升本地癌症防治服务能力。兼任安阳市司法鉴定协会会长期间,参与多起司法案件鉴定工作,作为林州市残疾人鉴定专家,多年来赴农村为3000余名行动不便人员办理上门残疾鉴定。曾获“安阳市法律服务先进工作者”(2011)、“河南省优秀司法鉴定人”(2012)、“林州市人民政府市管专家”(2016-2021)、“安阳市司法鉴定协会优秀会长”(2018)“河南省残联优秀助残个人”(2019)、“安阳市助残先进个人”(2020)、“林州市抗击新冠肺炎疫情工作先进个人”(2020-2022)、“安阳市五一劳动奖章”(2022)、“林州市红旗渠精神奖章”(2023)等荣誉;通信作者:刘志才,E-mail:30387502@qq.com。
