摘要
目的:探讨急性心肌梗死并发恶性心律失常患者的护理方法及效果。方法:对急性心肌梗死并发恶性心律失常患者实施综合护理干预。护理要点包括:积极配合医生进行治疗护理,严密监测患者生命体征,指导患者卧床休息,合理制定饮食计划,并提供药物应用指导服务。根据患者突发晕厥、意识丧失、心跳骤停、心室颤动等症状表现及心电图检查结果,确诊为急性下壁心肌梗死并发恶性心律失常。结果:患者接受治疗及护理后,病情显著好转,未出现其他并发症,护理效果满意,顺利出院。结论:综合护理干预可有效改善急性心肌梗死并发恶性心律失常患者的预后,促进病情恢复,值得在临床护理中推广应用。
Objective:To explore the nursing methods and their effectiveness for patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by malignant arrhythmia.Methods:Comprehensive nursing interventions were implemented for patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by malignant arrhythmia.The nursing highlights included actively cooperating with physicians in treatment and care,closely monitoring the patients'vital signs,guiding patients to rest in bed,formulating rational dietary plans,and providing guidance on medication use.Based on the symptoms of sudden syncope,loss of consciousness,cardiac arrest,and ventricular fibrillation,as well as the results of electrocardiogram(ECG)examination,the patients were diagnosed with acute inferior wall myocardial infarction complicated by malignant arrhythmia.Results:After receiving treatment and nursing care,the patients'conditions significantly improved,with no other complications occurring.The nursing outcomes were satisfactory,and the patients were discharged smoothly.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by malignant arrhythmia and promote recovery.These interventions are worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing practice.
