摘要
目的探究问题解决模式护理措施结合情绪释放法对妊娠期糖尿病患者心理状态的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2024年3月莆田市第一医院收治的92例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照护理方法不同分为两组,各46例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组结合问题解决模式护理措施结合情绪释放法。对比两组心理状态、自我管理能力及自我效能。结果出院前1 d,研究组焦虑、抑郁负性情绪评分均低于对照组,自我效能(正性态度、自我决策、自我减压)、自我管理能力(饮食、运动、血糖监测、心理健康、药物)评分较对照组均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者实施问题解决模式护理措施结合情绪释放法能够显著改善心理状态,提高自我管理能力与自我效能。
Objective To explore the effect of problem solving mode nursing measures combined with emotional re⁃lease method on the psychological state of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 92 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the First Hospital of Putian City from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was combined with problem solving mode nursing measures combined with emotional release method.The psychological state,self-management ability and self-efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results One day before discharge,the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of self-efficacy(positive attitude,self-decision,self-decompression)and self-management ability(diet,exercise,blood glucose monitoring,mental health,drug)were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of problem solving mode nursing measures combined with emotional release method in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the psychological state,self-management abil⁃ity and self-efficacy.
