摘要
既有建筑的数字化建设是实现智慧建筑与智慧城市的重要基础。针对既有建筑资料缺失、历史变形以及空间几何信息采集困难等难题,文章利用三维激光扫描对整体实景、室内场景及细部构造进行数字化逆向建模,在此基础上提出了基于现代测绘成果的数字化应用策略。该策略涵盖基于建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)的信息数字化、基于本体的语义数据库构建以及基于数字孪生的运维数字化3个方面,为既有建筑全生命周期管理提供理论与实践支持。以海口骑楼建筑为例的应用示范,为既有建筑数字化建设研究与实践提供了参考和借鉴。
The digital construction of existing buildings is a fundamental step toward realizing both smart buildings and smart cities.To address challenges such as missing documentation,historical deformation,and difficulties in spatial geometric data acquisition,this study employs three-dimensional laser scanning to achieve reverse digital modeling of overall exteriors,interior environments,and detailed architectural components.Building upon these results,a set of strategies is proposed for digital applications derived from modern surveying techniques.These strategies encompass BIM-based information digitization,ontology-based semantic database construction,and digital twin-based operational management,thereby offering theoretical and practical support for full life-cycle management of existing buildings.Using a Haikou Qilou building as a case study,this work demonstrates the process and applications of digital construction,providing valuable references and insights for future research and practice in the field of existing building digitalization.
