摘要
目的:探究保温护理在腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年5月—2024年5月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的84例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施保温护理。对比两组护理效果。结果:麻醉前,两组体温、心率(HR)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);术中30min、术毕时、术后2h,观察组体温高于对照组,HR、DBP、SBP低于对照组(P<0.05)。麻醉前、术中30min、术毕时、术后2h,观察组体温、HR、DBP、SBP比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);对照组体温、HR、DBP、SBP比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后苏醒时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.024)。结论:保温护理在腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果显著,有助于维持患者生理应激指标稳定,促进患者术后恢复,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of thermal insulation nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 84 patients who received laparoscopic surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received thermal insulation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before anesthesia,there was no statistically significant difference in body temperature,heart rate(HR),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)between the two groups(P>0.05).At intraoperative 30 min,at the end of the surgery,and at 2 h after surgery,the body temperature in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the HR,DBP and SBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in body temperature,HR,DBP,and SBP in the observation group before anesthesia,at intraoperative 30 min,at the end of the surgery,and at 2 h after surgery(P>0.05),while there were statistically significant differences in body temperature,HR,DBP,and SBP in the control group(P<0.05).The time of postoperative awakening,the time of first anal exhaust and the time of first ambulation in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.024).Conclusion:The application effect of thermal insulation nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery is significant,which is helpful to maintain the stable physiological stress indicators of patients,promote postoperative recovery of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction of patients.
