摘要
目的:分析全方位精细化护理在老年胸腰椎骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年8月齐河县人民医院收治的老年胸腰椎骨折患者80例作为观察对象,以抛硬币法随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施全方位精细化护理。比较两组并发症发生情况、负面情绪及护理满意度。结果:观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.018)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.007)。结论:全方位精细化护理在老年胸腰椎骨折患者中的应用效果显著,可降低并发症发生率,改善患者负面情绪,提高其护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive fine nursing in elderly patients with thoracolumbar fracture.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with thoracolumbar fracture admitted to Qihe County People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by coin throwing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comprehensive fine nursing on the basis of control group.The complications,negative emotion and satisfaction with nursing were compared between two groups.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.018).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.007).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive fine nursing in elderly patients with thoracolumbar fracture has significant effects,and can decrease the incidence of complications,improve patients'negative emotions,and enhance their nursing satisfaction.
