基于拜铁膜防护涂层的高寒高铁路基病害防护研究

Research on the Protection Against Roadbed Diseases of High-Speed Railway in the Alpine Area Based on BaytecPmB(Reactive)Barrier Coating

摘要 京哈高铁位于高寒地区,该地区昼夜温差大、降雪多,存在路基保护层粉化、掉块及冻胀变形等问题,影响路面安全性和稳定性,采用拜铁膜修补技术对路基混凝土保护层粉化破损段进行修护。拜铁膜防护涂层为反应型聚氨酯喷涂系统,防水体系包括混凝土封口剂、弹性体、防护膜等部分,具有高机械强度等诸多优良性能且结构独特,通过对客专防撞墙与底座板间等喷涂拜铁膜防护涂层,混凝土结构转角及伸缩缝处喷涂弹性体,经一个冻融循环检验,采用拜铁膜防护涂层的地段有效避免了裂缝、破损、积水及冻胀问题,减少了混凝土粉化和维管工作量,但施工设备笨重的问题还需要深入研究和改进。 Located in the alpine area,the Beijing-Harbin High-speed Railway experiences a significant disparity in temperature between day and night,along with substantial snowfall.There are problems such as pulverization of the roadbed protection layer,falling blocks and frost heave deformation,which affect the stability and safety of the road surface.In view of this,the BaytecPmB(Reactive)repair technology is used to repair the powdery damaged section of the roadbed concrete protective layer.The BaytecPmB(Reactive)barrier coating is a reactive polyurethane spraying system,the waterproof system is composed of concrete sealant,elastomer and protective film,which has many excellent properties such as high mechanical strength and unique structure,and the protective coating is sprayed between the passenger dedicated line anti-collision wall and the base plate,and the elastomer is sprayed at the corner of the concrete structure and the expansion joint.After a freeze-thaw cycle test,the section using BaytecPmB(Reactive)barrier coating is effectively avoided by cracks,damage,water accumulation and frost heave problems,and the workload of concrete pulverization and vascular is reduced.However,the problem of cumbersome construction equipment needs to be further studied and improved.
