摘要
结合我国重载道岔的运营特点,研究开发了30 t轴重米轨136RE钢轨重载线路用20号单开道岔,从道岔线型、结构设计等方面进行了研究,分别从尖轨加宽、尖轨垂直顶弯、嵌入式高锰钢拼装辙叉、可调式轨撑结构及分段可调式连杆结构等方面进行了创新设计,并按照北美铁路工程和维修协会(AREMA)的相关标准进行生产加工和试制试铺,最后成功应用于巴西淡水河谷道岔项目。目前道岔使用状况良好,道岔结构和性能指标得到进一步验证,完善了国内重载道岔技术体系。
Based on the operational characteristics of China′s heavy-duty turnouts,a research and development has been conducted on No.20 simple turnout for a 30 t axle load,1 m gauge,136RE rail heavy-duty track.The research was focused on the turnout alignment and structural design,incorporating innovations into various components such as increased flange way spacing on the switch rails,vertical bending of the switch rails,embedded manganese steel frogs,adjustable tie bars,and segmented adjustable connecting rods.The production,processing,and trial laying of this turnout were conducted in accordance with the standards set by the North American Railway Engineering and Maintenance Association(AREMA).It has since been successfully applied to Vale S.A.′s turnout project in Brazil.Currently,the turnout is performing well,further validating its structural integrity and performance metrics.This achievement has also contributed to the advancement of China′s heavy-duty turnout technology system.
