摘要
分析改良T型弹力绷带在经股动脉介入术后压迫止血的应用效果,选取2022年6月—2024年10月期间柳州市工人医院神经内科收治的60例经股动脉介入治疗患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组采用医用布绷带行8字法加压包扎固定,试验组采用改良T型弹力绷带,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、包扎部位皮肤情况及舒适度(NRS)。结果显示,两组临床疗效与不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组包扎部位皮肤情况显著优于对照组,NRS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,改良T型弹力绷带用于经股动脉介入术后压迫止血,可提高患者舒适度,改善包扎部位皮肤状况,且未增加不良反应发生率。
To analyze the application effect of the modified T-shaped elastic bandage in compression hemostasis after transfemoral artery interventional surgery,60 patients who underwent transfemoral artery interventional treatment and were admitted to the Department of Neurology of Liuzhou Workers'Hospital from June 2022 to October 2024 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with medical cloth bandage using the 8-shaped method for compression bandaging and fixation,and the experimental group was treated with the modified T-shaped elastic bandage.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,skin condition at the bandaging site and comfort level(NRS)of the two groups were compared.The results showed that there were no significant differences in clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);the skin condition at the bandaging site in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the NRS score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the application of the modified"T"-shaped elastic bandage in compression hemostasis after transfemoral artery interventional surgery can improve the comfort level of patients,improve the skin condition at the bandaging site,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
