PAX-8、p53、ki-67在卵巢癌诊断及预后评估中的应用价值

Application value of paired box gene-8, tumor suppressor protein p53 and nuclear associated antigen ki-67 in diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of ovarian cancer

摘要 目的探讨配对盒基因-8(PAX-8)、肿瘤抑制蛋白p53(p53)、细胞核相关抗原ki-67(ki-67)在卵巢癌诊断及预后评估中的应用价值。方法选取2020年5月至2023年5月义乌市中心医院收治的80例行切除术治疗的卵巢癌患者作为研究对象,进行回顾性分析。比较不同临床病理特征卵巢癌患者PAX-8、p53、ki-67阳性检出率,采用Kaplan-Meier法分析卵巢癌患者PAX-8、p53、ki-67表达与预后的关系。结果浆液性癌、临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期卵巢癌患者PAX-8、p53、ki-67阳性检出率更高(P<0.05)。卵巢癌患者PAX-8、p53、ki-67阳性表达与阴性表达存活率比较,差异无统计学意义(Log-Rank=0.033、0.720、2.975,P=0.856、0.396、0.085)。结论PAX-8、p53、ki-67阳性表达可用于判断卵巢癌临床分期情况,但对患者短期预后无显著影响。 Objective To discuss the application value of paired box gene-8(PAX-8),tumor suppressor protein p53(p53)and nuclear associated antigen ki-67(ki-67)in the diagnosis and prognosis of ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 80 cases of ovarian cancer patients admitted to Yiwu Central Hospital underwent resection treatment from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were analyzed retrospectively.The positive detection rates of PAX-8,p53 and ki-67 in ovarian cancer patients with different clinicopathological characteristics were compared,and Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of PAX-8,p53 and ki-67 and prognosis in ovarian cancer patients.Results The positive rates of PAX-8,p53 and ki-67 were higher in patients with serous carcinoma and clinical stageⅢ-Ⅳ(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the survival rate between the positive expression and negative expression of PAX-8,p53 and ki-67 in ovarian cancer patients(Log-Rank=0.033,0.720,2.975;P=0.856,0.396,0.085).Conclusions PAX-8,p53,ki-67 positive expression can be used to determine clinical stages of ovarian cancer,but had no significant effect on short-term prognosis of patients.
