摘要
高等学校“预聘-长聘”制的实施旨在通过严格的筛选和激励机制,选拔并留住优秀人才,促进学术繁荣与发展,在推动学科发展、服务社会、建设师资队伍等方面发挥着积极作用。以19所北京市属高校为例,总结了“预聘-长聘”制运行的现状与特点,讨论了制度设计和实施过程中的问题与挑战,并提出了制度的改革路径,以期为其他地方高校提供借鉴。
The implementation of the tenure-track system in higher education institutions aims to select and retain outstanding talents through rigorous screening and incentive mechanisms,thereby fostering academic prosperity and development.It plays a positive role in advancing discipline growth,serving society,and building university teaching staff.This paper summarizes the current status and characteristics of the tenuretrack system in 19 municipal universities in Beijing,discusses the issues and challenges encountered in the system design and implementation,and proposes reform pathways for the system.It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for other local universities.
