摘要
随着超高层建筑工程越来越多,在屋面布置大型设备时,往往会面临施工场地狭小受限、难以利用常规起重机械、受风荷载影响大、安全隐患高等问题。因此,以上海莘庄地铁站上盖综合开发项目屋面擦窗机设备吊装为例,分析了超高层建筑屋面设备吊装作业的难点和特点,并重点阐述了吊装方案、材料机具选用、安全验算及吊装关键技术。经过项目的成功实施,证明了采用桅杆吊装是行之有效的方法,可为同类工况的吊装施工提供参考。
With the increasing number of super-tall building projects,the installation of large equipment on roofs often faces challenges such as limited construction space,difficulty in utilizing conventional lifting machinery,significant impact from wind loads,and high safety risks.Taking the roof hoisting of a window cleaning machine for the Shanghai Xinzhuang Metro Station overhead development project as a case study,challenges and characteristics of hoisting operations for roof equipment on super-tall buildings are analyzed,focusing on the hoisting plan,material and equipment selection,safety calculations,and key hoisting techniques.The successful implementation of the project demonstrates that mast hoisting is an effective method,providing a valuable reference for similar hoisting operations under comparable conditions.
