摘要
剖宫产手术常采取的椎管内麻醉使孕妇发生围术期仰卧位低血压综合征(SHS)的概率增加,严重影响母婴安全。有效预防和治疗SHS是保障孕妇和婴儿生命安全的重要前提。本文基于既往相关研究,对SHS的发病机制、相应危害及危险因素进行总结,详尽分析超声检测对SHS的预防价值,以及针对SHS采取的液体扩容方式和时机、体位干预、药物应用等处置措施的研究进展,旨在提高相应的预防和诊治水平,确保围术期母婴平安。
Intraspinal anesthesia commonly used in cesarean section increases the risk of perioperative supine hypotension syndrome(SHS)in pregnant women,which seriously affects the safety of pregnant women and infants.Effective prevention and treatment of SHS is an important prerequisite to ensure the life safety of pregnant women and infants.Based on previous relevant studies,this review summarize the pathogenesis,corresponding hazards,and risk factors of SHS,and analyzes the preventive value of ultrasonic monitoring for SHS in detail.And the research reviews the research progress on disposal measures taken for SHS,such as the method and timing of liquid expansion,positional intervention,and drug application.The aim is to enhance the prevention and treatment and ensure the safety of pregnant women and infants during the perioperative period.
