摘要
瞬时感受器电位香草酸受体1(transient receptor potential vanillic 1,TRPV1)是近年来机制研究较清楚的非选择性阳离子通道,在人类和哺乳动物体内广泛分布,可被多种物理、化学因素激活。TRPV1参与多系统疾病的发生和发展。涉及疼痛、消化系统、心血管系统、泌尿系统、免疫调控等多个方面。针灸穴位刺激能够调节TRPV1敏感性。本研究以TRPV1通道为切入点,总结针灸调控TRPV1的关系及在多系统疾病中的研究进展,以期为针灸疗效分析临床研究提供理论基础。
Transient receptor potential vanillic 1(TRPV1),a non-selective cation channel that is better clarifed in mechanism research in recent years,is widely distributed in the body of humans and mammals and can be activated by various physical and chemical factors.TRPV1,as a multimodal nociceptor,is involved in the disease occurrence and development in the varying aspects of multiple systems,such as pain,digestive system,cardiovascular system,urinary system,immune regulation,etc.An acupoint stimulation of acupuncture and moxibustion can regulate the sensitivity of TRPV1,which is one of the important mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion.Taking the TRPV1 channel as an entry point,this study summarizes the relationship between acupuncture and moxibustion and TRPV1 regulation and the research progress in their treatment of diseases of multiple systems,in order to uncover the scientific connotations of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating diseases and provide a theoretical basis for research on their clinical efficacy.
