直接空冷凝汽器液相流动加速腐蚀试验研究

摘要 为了抑制直接空冷凝汽器液相流动加速腐蚀,利用自主研制的流动加速腐蚀模拟试验装置,在高阻抗纯水体系下,采用电化学法和质量损失法测定流动加速腐蚀速率。结果表明:电化学法测定的流动加速腐蚀速率与质量损失法测定的流动加速腐蚀速率结果相近,且流动加速腐蚀速率均随乙醇胺浓度的增大而降低;乙醇胺工况下的流动加速腐蚀速率略低于氨工况下的流动加速腐蚀速率;当直接空冷凝汽器液相中含相同浓度的氨和乙醇胺时,氨的加药量是乙醇胺加药量的490倍。 In order to suppress the accelerated corrosion of direct air-cooled condenser liquid phase flow,the flow-accelerated corrosion simulation test device independently developed was used to determine the flow-accelerated corrosion rate by electrochemical method and mass loss method under high impedance pure water system.The results show that the flow-accelerated corrosion rate determined by electrochemical method is similar to that determined by mass loss method,and both flow-accelerated corrosion rates decrease with the increase of ethanolamine concentration;the flow-accelerated corrosion rate under ethanolamine condition is slightly lower than that under ammonia condition;when the direct air-cooled condenser liquid phase contains the same concentration of ammonia and ethanolamine,the dosage of ammonia is 490 times that of ethanolamine.
