摘要
目的分析六步爱心沟通法护理干预对自然分娩产妇自我效能的影响。方法选取2022年8月至2024年11月松溪县妇幼保健院102例产妇,经随机数字表法分两组,各51例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组结合六步爱心沟通法护理干预,对比两组负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自我效能[自我效能感量表(GSES)]、自护能力[自我护理能力测量量表(ESCA)]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]。结果两组护理后SAS、SDS评分均有降低,研究组SAS、SDS评分较低(P<0.05)。两组护理后GSES评分均有提高,研究组GSES评分较高(P<0.05)。两组护理后ESCA评分均有提高,研究组ESCA评分较高(P<0.05)。两组护理后PSQI评分均有降低,研究组PSQI评分较低(P<0.05)。结论六步爱心沟通法护理干预能够改善自然分娩产妇负性情绪,增强其自我效能,提高自护能力,改善产妇睡眠质量。
Objective To analyze the influence of nursing intervention with six-step love communication method on self-efficacy of parturients in natural delivery.Methods A total of 102 pregnant women in Songxi County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2022 to November 2024 were selected and divided into two groups with 51 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing and the research group combined nursing intervention with six-step love communication method.Negative emotions[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)],self-efficacy[Self-efficacy Scale(GSES)],self-care ability[Self-care Ability Scale(ESCA)]and sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)]were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased after nursing care,with the study group having lower SAS and SDS scores(P<0.05).The GSES scores of both groups increased after nursing care,with the study group having a higher GSES score(P<0.05).The ESCA scores of both groups increased after nursing care,with the study group having a higher ESCA score(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of both groups decreased after nursing care,with the study group having a lower PSQI score(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention with six-step love communication can improve negative emotions,enhance self-efficacy,improve self-care ability and improve sleep quality.
