摘要
为解决采动影响下巷道围岩变形严重、支护失效的问题,文章以西曲矿18402工作面为背景,运用理论分析、数值模拟与实地观测相结合的方法,对采动影响下煤巷围岩控制难题进行深入研究。基于煤巷围岩赋存特征和强采动煤巷围岩控制技术难点,提出了“厚锚固层强化+切顶卸压+注浆加固”一体化围岩控制技术。监测结果表明,支护优化后巷道两帮、顶底板的最大移近量分别为425 mm、375 mm,巷道围岩变形量较未优化前降低了50%,围岩变形控制效果良好。
In order to solve the problems of serious deformation and support failure of roadway surrounding rock under the influence of mining,this paper takes the 18402 working face in Xiqu Mine as the background,and uses the method of combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field observation to deeply study the control problem of coal roadway surrounding rock under the influence of mining.Based on the occurrence characteristics of the coal roadway surrounding rock and the technical difficulties of the coal roadway surrounding rock control under strong mining,the integrated surrounding rock control technologies of"thick anchoring layer reinforcement+roof cutting and pressure relief+grouting reinforcement"are proposed.The monitoring results show that the maximum convergence of the two sides and the roof and floor of the roadway after support optimization is 425 mm and 375 mm respectively,the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock is 50%lower than that before optimization,and the deformation control effect of the surrounding rock is good.
