摘要
应用膏体充填巷旁支护及沿空留巷技术,能够显著降低煤炭资源的损耗,并有效利用大量煤矸石等矿业废弃物。为确保膏体材料巷道旁支护墙体的尺寸设计合理,文章以东曲矿28802工作面为研究对象,创新采用固废基充填膏体构建巷道旁侧支护结构。煤矸石、胶凝粉与矿井水科学配比,可制备出符合工程要求的支护材料。经力学性能分析,巷道承受峰值荷载达17710 kN,巷旁支护墙体最大垂直应力为20.80 MPa。该技术体系在实现煤基固废资源化利用的同时,有效降低了围岩变形量,显著改善了巷道稳定状态。
The application of paste filling roadside support and gob-side entry retaining technologies can significantly reduce the loss of coal resources and effectively use a large amount of coal gangue and other mining wastes.In order to ensure that the size design of the support wall beside the paste material roadway is reasonable,this paper takes the 28802 working face in Dongqu Mine as the research object,and innovatively uses the solid waste-based filling paste to construct the roadside support structure.The scientific proportion of coal gangue,gelling powder and mine water can prepare support materials that meet the engineering requirements.Through the analysis of mechanical properties,the maximum bearing capacity of the roadway is 17710 kN,and the vertical stress of roadside support wall is 20.80 MPa.This technology system effectively reduces the deformation of the surrounding rock and significantly improves the stability of the roadway while realizing the resourceful utilization of coal-based solid wastes.
