钾长石/钠长石对高温茶叶末釉呈色的影响

Effect of the Ratio of Potash Feldspar/Sodium Feldspar on the Coloring of High-Temperature Tea-Dust Glaze

摘要 以钾长石、钠长石、苏州土、石英、滑石、方解石、氧化铁为原料,进行了高温茶叶末釉的制备研究。利用XRD、FE-SEM、XPS、白度仪和光泽度仪等测试手段,研究了不同钾长石/钠长石比例对其呈色的影响,并分析了其呈色机理。结果表明:当钾、钠长石总量不变,随着钾长石/钠长石比例的增大,釉面的亮度值(L^(*))、红绿值(a^(*))和黄蓝值(b^(*))均呈现增大的趋势,釉面呈色由黄绿色调逐渐偏向黄色调。从釉的显微结构分析可以看出,釉中析出了含铁的透辉石晶体和石英晶体并产生了分相结构。茶叶末釉呈色是铁离子形成的化学色以及分相结构产生的结构色相互耦合的结果,前者起主导作用,后者修饰了前者,这两者相互结合,使茶叶末釉品种繁多且具有独特的艺术效果。 A study was conducted on the preparation of high-temperature tea-dust glaze,with potash feldspar,sodium feldspar,Suzhou clay,quartz,talc,calcite,and iron oxide serving as the raw materials.A series of characterization techniques,including XRD,FE-SEM,XPS,whiteness meter,and gloss meter,were employed to investigate the effects of different potash feldspar/sodium feldspar ratios on its glaze coloration and analyze the coloring mechanism.The experimental results indicated that when the combined quantity of potassium and sodium feldspar remained unaltered,as the ratio of potash feldspar/sodium feldspar increased,the brightness value(L^(*))of the glaze surface,along with the red-green value(a^(*))and the yellow-blue value(b^(*)),all demonstrated a conspicuous upward trend.Concomitantly,the coloration of the glaze gradually transitioned from a yellowish-green tint to a hue that was more dominantly yellow.Microstructural analysis revealed iron-containing diopside crystals and quartz crystals had precipitated within the glaze,and furthermore,a phase separation structure had come into being.The coloration of tea-dust glaze results from the coupling effect between the chemical color engendered by iron ions and the structural color generated by the phase separation structure,with the former playing a dominant role and the latter modifying the former.This combination creates diverse varieties of tea-dust glazes with unique artistic effects.
