摘要
为实现高效的脱硫灰资源化利用,探索从钢铁生产过程中产生的烧结烟气脱硫灰制备高附加值碳酸钙和硫酸钙工艺,推动工业废弃物的高效转化与再利用,从而减轻环境污染。该工艺包括磁选去除金属杂质、调节浆液pH、通空气氧化、静态混合以及循环利用等多个环节,显著提高了脱硫灰的资源化利用效率,并成功制得高纯度碳酸钙与硫酸钙产品。实验结果表明,所制得硫酸钙纯度超过95%、碳酸钙纯度高达98%以上,且碳酸钙的白度值超过94%。此外,碳酸钙的粒径和比表面积等关键性能指标亦得到有效控制,为脱硫灰资源化利用提供了创新途径,展示了显著的经济和环境双重效益。
In order to achieve efficient re-utilization of desulfurization ash,the process for preparation of high value-added calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate products from the sintering flue gas desulfurization ash generated during the iron/steel production process is explored,which promotes the efficient conversion and re-utilization of industrial wastes,thereby reducing environmental pollution.This process,which includes magnetic separation to remove metal impurities,adjustment of slurry pH,air oxidation,static mixing and recycling,significantly improves the efficiency of re-utilization of flue gas desulfurization ash,and successfully produces high-purity calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate products.Experimental results show that the purity of calcium sulfate obtained exceeds 95%,that of calcium carbonate obtained exceeds 98%,and the whiteness value of calcium carbonate product is higher than 94%.In addition,the key performance indexes of calcium carbonate product,such as particle size and specific surface area,can be effectively controlled,which provides an innovative way to re-utilize the desulfurization ash,and demonstrates significant economic and environmental benefit.
