摘要
在“双减”政策的大背景下,南京市政府办公厅印发了《关于全面深入做好中小学课后服务工作实施意见的通知》,为了推动课后延时服务高质高效、可持续发展,促进红色基因的传承与弘扬,该文以南京市为例,通过对南京市中小学学生、家长和教育工作者发放问卷、开展访谈等形式进行调研,了解红色文化在融入中小学课后延时服务的过程中面临的诸多现实困境,主要是学习时间紧迫重视度不足、内容形式单一缺乏创新、多元主体参与度欠佳、服务资源较为匮乏等。要破除此困境,可以通过严控作业量和时长、提供多样化活动选择、设立激励评价机制、引入校外资源合作,使课后延时服务提质增效。红色文化融入中小学课后延时服务是加深学生对中国革命历史理解的重要途径,也是培养学生道德观念和社会责任感的重要举措。
Against the backdrop of the"Double Reduction"policy,the General Office of the Nanjing Municipal People's Government issued Notice on the Implementation Opinions of Comprehensively and Thoroughly Doing a Good Job in the After-school Extended Service for Primary and Secondary Schools.In order to promote the high-quality,efficient and sustainable development of after-school extended service and facilitate the inheritance and promotion of the red gene,taking Nanjing as an example,through means such as distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews among students,parents and education workers in primary and secondary schools in Nanjing,this paper conducts an investigation to understand the many practical dilemmas faced in the process of integrating red culture into the after-school extended service for primary and secondary schools.Among them,the main dilemmas include the urgency of study time and insufficient attention,the monotony of content and form with a lack of innovation,the poor participation of multiple subjects,and the relatively scarce service resources.To overcome these dilemmas,we can strictly control the amount and duration of homework,provide diversified activity options,establish an incentive evaluation mechanism,and introduce cooperation with extramural resources(external resources),so as to improve the quality and efficiency of after-school extended service.Integrating red culture into the after-school extended service for primary and secondary schools is an important way to deepen students'understanding of China's revolutionary history and also an important measure to cultivate students'moral concepts and social responsibility.
