摘要
冬季南繁是实现作物一年两代繁殖、缩短品种选育年限的重要育种技术手段,为探索油用亚麻南繁加代适宜区,试验对多年在云南元谋、海南乐东开展的资源鉴定、子一代繁殖、品种比较、良种繁育等南繁加代试验结果进行比较分析。多年试验结果表明,油用亚麻在海南乐东成熟度仅20%,而在云南元谋的成熟度能达100%,且株高、工艺长度、主茎分枝数、有效果数、果粒数、单株粒重等性状指标有所提升,繁殖系数也高于主产区,说明云南元谋是油用亚麻理想的南繁加代地区。该研究还总结出一套一年两代油用亚麻南繁技术,为油用亚麻育种工作者提供参考。
Nanfan(Southward propagation)in winter is an important technology to realize the propa gation of crops twice in a year and shorten the breeding life of varieties.In order to explore the suitable area for Nanfan of linseed,this study analyzed and compared the results of the resource identification,first generation,variety comparison,well-bred breeding tests in Yunnan Yuanmou and Hainan Ledong for many years.The results showed that linseed maturity in Hainan ledong was only 20%,but 100%in Yunnan Yuanmou.The trait indices including plant height,process length,main stem branches,effect number,fruit number and single plant grain weight were improved,and the reproduction coefficient was also higher in Yunnan Yuanmou,when compared to that in the main region.So,Yunnan Yuanmou is an ideal region of linseed Southward Propagation.This study also summarized a set of south propagation tech 76 nique of two generations a year to provide reference for linseed breeders.
