摘要
针对农村生活污水与养殖废水污染,文章提出一种生物修复技术。选择固氮菌和光合细菌作为生物修复的主要原料,采用了PDA+酵母提取物作为培养基,将两个菌种进行浓缩和纯化处理,分析生物菌剂种类、生物菌剂投加量、曝气联合微生物菌剂对水体修复效果的影响。实验结果表明:当A菌剂的添加量为10 g/L时,TN去除率最高为43.26%,另外,水普曝+菌剂的组合在试验的前期(4日之前)TP的含量均呈现不同程度的上升,在试验后期呈现明显的下降趋势,由于水体中溶解氧含量的增加,有利于还原反应的进行,使得沉降吸附效果更好。
This article proposes a bioremediation technology for rural domestic sewage and aquaculture wastewater pollution.Nitrogen fixing bacteria and photosynthetic bacteria were selected as the main raw materials for bioremediation,and PDA+yeast extract was used as the culture medium.The two strains were concentrated and purified to analyze the effects of biological agents,the dosage of biological agents,and the combination of aeration and microbial agents on the effectiveness of water remediation.The experimental results showed that when the addition amount of A bacterial agent was 10 g/L,the TN removal rate was the highest at 43.26%.In addition,the combination of water exposure and bacterial agent showed varying degrees of increase in TP content in the early stage of the experiment(before the 4th day),and showed a significant downward trend in the later stage of the experiment.Due to the increase in dissolved oxygen content in the water,it is conducive to the reduction reaction and better sedimentation adsorption effect.
