摘要
由于产业结构逐步优化,许多冶金、化工等产业需依法依规搬迁或关闭,这些遗留建设用地因污染物赋存而丧失直接利用功能。这种环境胁迫作用主要体现在以下三个层面:生态系统毒性累积效应、人群健康暴露隐患和区域土地资源价值衰减。文章对某典型遗留用地开展研究,着力阐述土壤污染特征及修复技术路线,并就工程实施要点提出针对性建议。
Due to the gradual optimization of industrial structures,many industries such as metallurgy and chemical production are required to relocate or shut down in accordance with laws and regulations.These legacy industrial sites lose their direct usability due to persistent contaminants.The resulting environmental stress primarily manifests in three dimensions:cumulative ecotoxicological effects,potential human health exposure risks,and depreciation of regional land resource value.This study focuses on a typical legacy site,systematically elaborating its soil contamination characteristics and remediation technological approaches,while providing targeted recommendations for key engineering implementation aspects.
