摘要
                
                    巨型低轨通信卫星星座的测运控是系统正常运行和发挥作用的根本保障,承担着星座构型的建立和维持、天线波束管理、星间路由管理、碰撞预警和规避、外部通信干扰控制等任务,与传统卫星测运控相比,巨型通信卫星星座测运控管理的变化,不仅体现在卫星数量剧增,更体现在测运控手段、管理内容、测运控模式和管理方法的变化。为此,在传统卫星测运控经验的基础上,从巨型低轨通信星的座特点和运行需求出发,基于2个典型通信卫星星座的公开资料和在轨数据,分析其具体差异和关键技术,期望为地面系统在将来实施巨型低轨通信卫星星座的测运控提供有益的帮助。
                
                Compared with the traditional satellite TT&C and operation control, the changes in the TT&C management of large communication satellite constellation are not only reflected in the rapid increase in the number of satellites, but also the changes in the TT&C means, management content, TT&C mode and management methods. Therefore, on the basis of the experience of traditional satellite TT&C, starting from the characteristics and operational requirements of the large LEO communication constellation, based on the public data and on-orbit data of the two typical communication satellite constellations, the specific differences and key technologies of the two typical communication satellite constellations are analyzed, and it is expected to provide useful help for the ground system to implement the TT&C of the giant low-orbit communication satellite constellation in the near future.
