摘要
细胞表面展示融合酶技术在合成绿色化妆品原料中有巨大的应用价值。该文创新性地提出了细胞表面展示技术与融合酶技术相结合的技术:细胞表面展示融合酶技术。此技术不仅可以直接利用细胞代替酶进行催化,省略了酶的分离纯化和固定化的繁琐步骤,并且单次发酵可以产更多的酶,相比传统细胞内产酶的技术有显著的优势。该文阐述了细胞表面展示融合酶技术的组成要素、基本原理和构建方法,以及在合成绿色化妆品原料中的潜在应用价值,探讨了如何解决细胞表面展示融合酶技术中相邻酶的活性位点易受影响的问题。细胞表面展示融合酶技术可以被用于合成多种热门化妆品原料,尤其在连续催化反应中扮演重要角色,可以显著提高化妆品原料的生产效率。未来细胞表面展示融合酶技术会在提高酶活性和展示酶的数量上有所突破。
Cell surface display of fusion enzyme technology has enomous application value in the synthesis of cosmetic raw materials.This review innovatively proposes a technology that combines cell surface display technology with fusion enzyme technology:cell surface display of fusion enzyme technology.It can not only directly use cells to do catalysis instead of enzymes,but also omit the tedious steps of enzyme separation,purification,and immobilization.Moreover,more enzymes can be produced from a single fermentation,which has significant advantages compared to traditional enzyme production technology.This review elaborates on the components,basic principles,and construction methods of cell surface display of fusion enzyme technology,as well as its potential application value in synthesizing cosmetic raw materials.This review also explores how to solve the problem of adjacent enzyme active sites being easily affected in fusion enzymes.Cell surface display of fusion enzyme technology can be used to synthesize various popular cosmetic ingredients,especially playing an important role in continuous catalytic reactions,which can significantly improve the production efficiency of cosmetic ingredients.This review looks forward to future breakthroughs in improving enzyme activity and the number of displayed enzymes on the cell surface.
