摘要
塔吊作为工程施工中必不可少的大型起重机械,其选型布置一直是施工阶段的重要话题,尤其是大型建设项目群塔塔吊的选型布置,更是直接影响了施工成本、施工效率和施工安全等环节。为使群塔塔吊选型布置方案更科学、客观、经济,本文基于施工阶段现状,以施工场地红线、建筑物边界及高度、覆盖率和各类强制性规范要求等为约束条件,建立了塔吊总成本的目标函数,并采用混合差分进化遗传算法(DE-GA)进行了优化求解,将优化后的方案与原方案进行比较,证明了优化后方案的优越性,并将其作为现场塔吊选型布置的重要依据。通过实际案例应用,本文所提出的方法表现出了可用性和有效性,能够解决此类既定位置下群塔塔吊选型布置优化问题。
Tower crane is an indispensable large-scale lifting equipment in construction projects.The selection and layout of tower cranes have always been important issues during the construction phase,especially for the selection and layout of multiple tower cranes in large construction projects,which directly impact construction cost,efficiency,and safety.To make the selection and layout of multiple tower cranes more scientific,objective,and economical,this paper establishes an objective function for the total cost of tower cranes based on the current situation of the construction phase,considering constraints such as construction site boundaries,building outlines and heights,coverage rates,and various mandatory regulatory requirements.The optimization problem is solved using a hybrid differential evolution genetic algorithm(DE-GA).The optimized solution is compared with the original plan,demonstrating the superiority of the optimized scheme,which can serve as an important basis for tower crane selection and layout on-site.Through practical case applications,the method proposed in this paper has shown its usability and effectiveness in solving the optimization problem of tower crane selection and layout under fixed positions.
