深基坑开挖对临近建筑物影响及加固措施研究

摘要 深基坑开挖可能导致周围建筑物出现沉降、倾斜、开裂甚至倒塌等灾害,如何在深基坑开挖施工过程中兼顾临近建筑物的保护,已成为城市发展亟待解决的重要问题。文中依托深圳14号线清水河站基坑工程,通过理论分析与实测统计,分析深基坑开挖对临近建筑物的影响及加固措施,得出基坑土体水平位移值随着基坑深度增加而增加,注浆加固可略微降低土体水平位移值。基坑周围地表沉降随距离增加先升高后降低,最大沉降出现在14~18 m处,注浆加固可显著降低附近的地表沉降值,其降低效果随着距离增加而逐渐减弱,研究可为相关工程提供参考。 The excavation of deep foundation pits may lead to disasters such as settlement,tilting,cracking,or even collapse of nearby buildings.Ensuring the protection of adjacent buildings during deep foundation pit excavation has become an urgent issue in urban development.Basing on the foundation pit project of Qing Shuihe station on Shenzhen metro line 14,we analyze the impact of deep excavation on surrounding buildings and the reinforcement measures through theoretical analysis and field measurements.The results show that the horizontal displacement of the foundation pit soil increases with the pit depth,and grouting reinforcement can slightly reduce the horizontal displacement.The surface settlement around the foundation pit increases and then decreases with distance,with the maximum settlement occurring at 14~18 meters.Grouting reinforcement can significantly reduce the nearby surface settlement,and the reduction effect weakens with increasing distance.The research provides a reference for related engineering projects.
