医院船消毒供应室空气质量现状及综合改良措施研究

Air quality status and comprehensive improvement measures of disinfection supply room in hospital ship

摘要 目的调查医院船消毒供应室去污区、包装区、无菌区的空气质量现状,并提出综合改良措施。方法分别采用二氧化氯消毒液喷洒、过氧化氢空气消毒喷雾、紫外线照射对去污区、包装区和无菌区进行消毒,消毒前后测定3区的尘埃粒子数(PM_(0.5)、PM_(5.0))及浮游菌数,并比较消毒前后3区的空气质量。结果消毒前后3区PM_(0.5)[(37086.22±3759.87)个/m^(3)比(7157.33±864.62)个/m^(3)、(33022.78±3781.10)个/m^(3)比(3738.89±505.18)个/m^(3)、(33712.22±2881.23)个/m^(3)比(4009.89±522.80)个/m^(3)],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);PM_(5.0)仅在包装区消毒前后[(24.33±4.85)个/m^(3)比(8.89±3.26)个/m^(3)]差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消毒前后菌落数比较,包装区[(4.11±0.93)cfu/m^(2)比(0.56±0.53)cfu/m^(2)]和无菌区[(16.11±2.76)cfu/m^(2)比(1.00±0.87)cfu/m^(2)]差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),去污区[(18.33±3.28)cfu/m^(2)比(11.89±2.89)cfu/m^(2)]差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在医院船的特殊环境中,消毒供应室应增强自然通风,保持室内合适温湿度,严格控制室内人数和人流、物流,操作中注意细节,采用紫外线和过氧化氢空气消毒喷雾进行规范消毒,以有效改善室内空气质量。 ObjectiveTo investigate the current status of air quality in the decontamination,packaging,and sterile areas(collectively referred to as the three areas)of the disinfection supply room in hospital ship and propose comprehensive improvement measures.MethodsKey parameters determining air quality,including particulate matter count and airborne bacterial count,were measured.The air quality in the three areas of the disinfection supply room in hospital ship was compared before and after disinfection separately using chlorine dioxide disinfectant spray,hydrogen peroxide air disinfectant spray,and ultraviolet(UV)radiation.ResultsSignificant differences in PM_(0.5)values were observed across the three areas before and after the interventions(all P<0.05).Significant differences in PM_(5.0)values were only found before and after hydrogen peroxide disinfection(P<0.05).In terms of colony counts,significant differences were noted before and after disinfection with hydrogen peroxide and UV radiation(both P<0.05),while no significant difference was observed with chlorine dioxide disinfection(P>0.05).ConclusionIn the specific environment of hospital ship,the disinfection supply room should enhance natural ventilation,maintain appropriate indoor temperature and humidity,strictly control personnel and material flows,pay attention to operational details,and use UV and canister-type hydrogen peroxide air disinfectant sprays for standardized disinfection,so as to effectively improve air quality.
