摘要
针对77家企业的智慧用电现场工程师情况进行了调研。通过分析调研数据,明确了智慧用电现场工程师的岗位群及子岗位,并提出了人才培养目标和培养路径,优化了人才培养模型,旨在培养符合行业需求的高素质技术技能人才。
A survey of field engineers for smart power consumption is conducted in 77 enterprises.Based on the data analysis of the survey,their post groups and sub-positions are defined.Then,the objectives and ways of personnel training are put forward,and the personnel training model is optimized,to cultivate high-quality technical professionals that meet the needs of the industry.
