摘要
L-茶氨酸作为天然活性物质,近年来研究表明其主要作用有抗氧化能力、保护神经细胞、提高免疫力等,被广泛应用于保健品、食品、日化等领域。对国内外关于L-茶氨酸的功能作用机制的研究进行综述,旨在为L-茶氨酸的进一步开发利用提供参考。
L-Theanine,as a natural active compound,has garnered significant attention in recent years for its primary functions,including antioxidant properties,neuroprotective effects,and immune system enhancement.It is widely utilized across various sectors such as dietary supplements,food products,and personal care items.A comprehensive review of the mechanisms underlying the functional effects of L-theanine both domestically and internationally is provided,aiming to offer valuable insights for its further development and application.
