摘要
目的:探讨手术室零缺陷护理模式在行内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)患者手术相关指标、术后恢复、护理质量及术中术后并发症的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年6月张家港市第一人民医院收治的102例EMR患者作为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各51例。观察组患者接受手术室零缺陷护理模式,对照组患者接受常规护理。比较两组患者的手术相关指标(手术时间、出血量)、术后恢复情况(住院天数、肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排便时间)、护理质量及术中术后并发症发生情况。结果:两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排便时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在沟通与交流、护理技能、护理安全、患者舒适度、病情观察护理满意度评价上均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:手术室零缺陷护理模式能够显著改善行EMR患者的术中出血量及术后恢复情况,提高护理质量,减少术中术后并发症的发生。
Objective:To investigate the impact of the zero-defect nursing model in the operating room on surgical-related parameters,postoperative recovery,nursing quality,and the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications in patients undergoing endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR).Method:102 EMR patients admitted to Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received zero defect nursing mode in the operating room,and patients in the control group received routine nursing.The indexes related to surgery(operation time,amount of blood loss),postoperative recovery(hospitalization days,anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,anal defecation time),nursing quality and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group had significantly less intraoperative blood loss than the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group had significantly shorter hospital stays,shorter times to first flatus,bowel sounds recovery,and first bowel movement compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group also had significantly higher scores in communication,nursing skills,nursing safety,patient comfort,and patient condition observation compared to the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The zero-defect nursing model in the operating room significantly improves intraoperative blood loss and postoperative recovery in patients undergoing EMR,enhances nursing quality,and reduces the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications.
