摘要
学生同伴群体是影响教育过程公平的重要因素。以布迪厄的区隔理论为视角,使用“场域-资本-惯习”的分析框架对21名高中生及3名教师进行质性研究后发现,在以文化资本为核心符号的“学业竞技场”、以社会资本为核心符号的“课余活动场”和以家庭经济资本和文化资本为核心符号的“家校联动场”中,形成了学业区隔、声望区隔与家境区隔三种高中生同伴群体间的地位分化现象,而分化后的同伴群体行动,又存在进一步再生产这些场域结构的风险,从而构成了学生微观交往层面的公平隐忧。基于此,本研究认为,应通过多种方式深入学生群体,通过加强与他们的日常交流、丰富学校评价标准、发挥正式群体的教育功能、强化家校社协同,帮助学生辨识同伴群体中的隐性风险、养成良好的交往观念,进而收获健康的社会化成长。
Student peer groups are an important factor affecting the fairness of educational process.From the theoretical perspective of Bourdieu's"distinction"and the analytical framework of""field-capital-habitus",a qualitative study was conducted on 21 high school students and 3 teachers.It found that in the"academic arena"with cultural capital as the core symbol,the"extracurricular activity field"with social capital as the core symbol,and the"home-school linkage field"with family economic capital and cultural capital as the core symbol,there are three kinds of status differentiation among peer groups of high school students,namely academic distinction,prestige distinction and family distinction,and the peer group action after differentiation has the risk of further reproduction of these field structures,which constitutes the equity concern at the level of students'micro-communication.Based on this,this study believes that it is necessary to go deeply into student groups in various ways,through strengthening daily communication with them,enriching school evaluation standards,giving full play to the educational function of formal groups,strengthening cooperation between family,school and community,identifying hidden risks in peer groups,and helping students develop good communication concepts,so as to harvest the healthy social growth of high school students.
