摘要
设计了一种基于模块化集成的小麦智能烘干仓储一体机。采用分级控制策略,实施等焓干燥与变温干燥技术。试验结果表明,该系统作业138小时显著降低小麦含水率,各层含水率降幅达6.23%-7.25%,且产后损失率显著降低,净损失率仅为0.42%,较传统方法降低6.74%。表明通过精准的温度与湿度控制,可有效减少热损伤与霉变,保持小麦质量。
A intelligent wheat drying and storage equipment with modular integration was designed.Hierarchical control was employed and isentropic drying and variable temperature drying technology were implemented.Experimental results showed that a 6.23% to 7.25% moisture reduction was achieved in 138 hours with a reduction of post-harvest loss rate of 0.42%,which was 6.74% lower than that of traditional methods.Precision temperature and humidity control effectively reduced wheat thermal damage and mildew for preserving wheat quality.
