无机-有机絮凝剂对废弃水基钻井液处理效果的影响研究

摘要 主要研究无机-有机絮凝剂对废弃水基钻井液的处理效果及其影响情况。在研究期间以某废弃水基钻井中的液体为例,利用实验分析方法分析同因素条件下的废弃水基钻井液的处理效果。通过研究结果可知,PAC絮凝剂在几种常见絮凝剂中的絮凝效果相对最佳,PAC和CPAM组合的复配絮凝剂的絮凝效果与单一组分相比更优,为保证絮凝效果,应当将絮凝剂的p H值控制在6~9区间,悬浮物去除率和除油率随温度上升而上升,矿化度增加会增大絮体体积,但是悬浮物去除率和除油率变化幅度极小。废弃水基液的含油量、生物毒性和生物降解性除2号溶液外均达标标准水平。此研究为无机-有机絮凝剂的实践应用提供一定参考。 This study mainly investigates the treatment effect and impact of inorganic organic flocculants on waste water-based drilling fluid.During the research period,taking the liquid in a certain abandoned water-based drilling as an example,experimental analysis methods were used to analyze the treatment effect of abandoned water-based drilling fluid under the same factor conditions.According to the research results,PAC flocculant has the best flocculation effect among several common coagulants.The composite flocculant of PAC and CPAM has a better flocculation effect compared to a single component.To ensure the flocculation effect,the pH value of the flocculant should be controlled in the range of 6~9.The suspended solids removal rate and oil removal rate increase with temperature,and the increase in mineralization degree will increase the floc volume.However,the changes in suspended solids removal rate and oil removal rate are minimal.The oil content,biological toxicity,and biodegradability of the waste water-based liquid meet the standard levels except for solution No.2.This study provides some reference for the practical application of inorganic organic flocculants.
