摘要
介绍了一种大型剖分式薄壁淬硬内齿圈的加工工艺,通过淬火前设计加高工艺台阶增强内齿圈齿形加工和感应淬火时的刚性,齿形加工采取对称间齿铣齿的工艺方法控制内齿圈径向变形,设计淬火后支撑工装控制车加工及孔加工翘曲变形,实际加工表明该工艺方案能够满足内齿圈加工的要求。
Introduced a large split thin-walled hardened internal gear ring machining process,through the design of quenching before the design of heightened process steps to enhance the internal gear ring tooth shape processing and induction quenching rigidity,tooth shape processing to take the symmetrical inter-tooth milling process to control the radial deformation of the internal gear ring,the design of the quenching after the design of the support fixtures to control the warping of the turning process and hole machining deformation,the actual machining shows that the technology programme to meet the requirements of the processing of the internal gear ring.
