摘要
低填浅挖冻土路基的施工难度大,变形机理复杂。以冻土区公路为例,基于路床厚度和路面厚度划分了低填浅挖路段,从施工准备、路基基底换填、分层填筑和压实、分层开挖等方面,分析低填浅挖路基的施工技术要点。以K1+220~K1+520段低填路基为例,利用有限元软件建立路基计算模型,分析其在施工期间的变形规律。计算结果表明,路基变形随冻融循环次数的增加而增加,研究成果可为类似路基建设提供参考。
The construction of low-fill and shallow-excavation frozen soil subgrades is highly challenging,and their deformation mechanism is complex.Taking the highways in frozen soil areas as an example,the low-fill and shallow-excavation sections are divided based on the thickness of the roadbed bed and the pavement thickness.The key construction technology points of the lowfill and shallow-excavation subgrades are analyzed from aspects such as construction preparation,replacement filling of the subgrade foundation,layered filling and compaction,and layered excavation.Taking the low-fill subgrade section from K1+220 to K1+520 as an example,a calculation model of the subgrade is established using finite element software to analyze its deformation law during the construction period.The calculation results show that the subgrade deformation increases with the increase in the number of freezethaw cycles.The research results can provide a reference for the construction of similar subgrades.
