摘要 为了自动快速提取机械产品三维设计模型中的特征信息并对相似产品进行快速比对,文中通过特征和体两种方式提取信息,根据常见特征特点建立特征集合,对于具有特征信息的三维模型,提取特征建立特征集合并获取几何参数信息。对于只有体信息的三维模型,提取面和边,建立面集和边集的对应关系,从而获得几何参数信息。并进行数据分类及信息存储。试验表明此方法能够快速地提取机械零件的特征信息,可以为后续的加工提供参考,也能对相似零件提供数据比对。这种方法尤其适用于需要大量提取特征的情况,可以有效地缩减时间。 To automatically and quickly extract feature information of three dimensional models of mechanical products and quickly compare similar products and distinguish between the same and different parts,this paper extracts information through feature extraction and volume extraction.Feature sets is established based on common feature characteristics and parameter information is obtained.For three dimensional models with feature information,features are extracted to establish a feature set.For three dimensional models with only volume information,faces and edges are extracted to construct the relation of face set and edge set to obtain parameter information.Data classification is performed and information is stored.Experiments have shown that this method can quickly extract feature information of mechanical parts,provide reference for subsequent machining,and also compare the data of similar parts.This method is particularly suitable for situations that require a large amount of feature extraction and can effectively reduce time.
