基于多源传感器数据融合的航空发动机实时健康监测系统研究

摘要 航空发动机的健康状态直接关系到飞行安全,其复杂的运行环境对健康监测提出更高要求。传统监测方法存在一定局限性,难以满足实时、精准的故障识别与预测需求。为此,设计基于多源传感器数据融合的航空发动机实时健康监测系统,探讨数据采集和融合方法以及智能分析技术的应用。该研究成果为航空发动机的智能健康管理提供有效方案,对提升航空装备的安全性和运维效率具有重要意义。 The health status of aero-engine is directly related to flight safety,and its complex operating environment puts forward higher requirements for health monitoring.The traditional monitoring method has some limitations,which is difficult to meet the real-time and accurate fault identification and prediction requirements.Therefore,an aero engine real-time health monitoring system based on multi-source sensor data fusion is designed,and the data acquisition and fusion methods as well as the application of intelligent analysis technology are discussed.The research results provide an effective scheme for the intelligent health management of aero engines,which is of great significance to improve the safety and operation and maintenance efficiency of aviation equipment.
