螺旋藻光谱特性与生物量光密度检测方法的改进研究

摘要 通过对螺旋藻进行不同的光照培养处理,获得了微观形态和光合色素含量不同的微藻,分析其光谱特性,探究能否提高生物量光密度检测方法的准确性。结果表明,一定范围内,藻液光密度与藻丝体长度呈负相关,与光合色素含量呈正相关。通过对藻丝体进行超声均一化处理(400 W间歇超声处理1 min)、筛选光密度检测波长(520 nm),可以减少因微藻形态和光合色素含量造成的吸收光谱差异,提高生物量检测的准确性。 Through different light culture treatment of Arthrospira platensis,microalgae with different microscopic morphology and photosynthetic pigment content were obtained,and their spectral characteristics were analyzed to explore whether the accuracy of the biomass photodensity detection method could be improved.The results showed that the light density of algal liquid was negatively correlated with the length of algal filament and positively correlated with the content of photosynthetic pigment in a certain range.Through ultrasonic homogenization of algal filaments(400 W intermittent ultrasonic treatment for 1 min)and screening of optical density detection wavelength(520 nm),the differences in absorption spectra caused by microalgae morphology and photosynthetic pigment content could be reduced,and the accuracy of biomass detection couldbe improved.
