摘要
随着海拔高度变化,温差、空气密度、含氧量、重力、加速度、气压值等对某型脱壳穿甲弹飞行参数的影响较大,实弹试验面临实施条件困难、费用昂贵,且弹丸动能变化属于难解的非线性问题,因此,本项目在海拔四千多米试验数据的基础上,采用了二段PD+FEM直接耦合区域划分的分析方法,通过对靶板损伤进行数值分析,针对某型脱壳穿甲弹在预着靶时的运动平衡方程,推及弹丸的运动过程及弹丸着靶瞬间能量释放曲线。结果表明:弹靶接触瞬间,靶板正面承受的压力与弹尖和靶面间距成反比。
Because altitude,temperature difference,air density,oxygen content,gravity,acceleration and pressure have a great impact on the flight parameters of a certain shell piercing projectile,the live fire test was faced with difficult implementation conditions and high cost,and the change of projectile kinetic energy was a nonlinear problem that was difficult to solve.Therefore,this project is based on the test data of more than 4000 meters above sea level.Through the numerical analysis of the damage of the target plate,the motion balance equation of a shell piercing projectile in the pre‐target was analyzed,and the motion process of the projectile and the energy release trend curve of the projectile hitting the target ware deduced.The results show that at the moment of contact between the projectile and the target,the pressure exerted on the front surface of the target plate is inversely proportional to the distance between the projectile tip and the target surface.
