摘要
本文以北京市东城区宋庆龄故居为例,针对传统建筑地基杂填土及沉降不均导致墙体产生裂缝的问题,利用数字化改革手段,对基础加固技术措施进行选择。并对已有基础加固技术进行优缺点及经济性进行对比,同时依据现场实际情况进行技术选择,最终选择为树根桩基础加固,依靠与土层的摩擦力及桩端承载力承担上部建筑荷载。该方法对传统建筑安全性、实用性、耐久性及美观性均有正向、积极的影响。
This paper takes the Soong Ching-ling Former Residence in Dongcheng District,Beijing as an example,focuses on the problem of cracks in the walls caused by the miscellaneous fill soil in the foundation of the traditional building and uneven settlement,and uses digital reform methods to select technical measures for foundation reinforcement.Based on engineering cases,it compares the advantages,disadvantages,and economic benefits of existing foundation reinforcement technologies.At the same time,it selects technical choices according to the actual site conditions.Finally,the root pile foundation reinforcement is chosen,which relies on the frictional force between the pile and the soil layer,as well as the bearing capacity at the pile end,so as to support the load of the upper structures.This approach has positive and beneficial effects on the safety,practicality,durability,and aesthetics of traditional buildings.
