空调用永磁同步电机力密度分析与转子结构优化

摘要 随着空调行业对能源效率和性能要求的不断提升,变频空调压缩机的噪声水平成为市场和研究的热点。本文研究空调压缩机用永磁同步电机的噪声的产生原因,提出一种改进型转子拓扑设计方案,该方案采用加隔磁孔、改变隔磁桥宽度和转子削极等方式优化了转子拓扑结构,通过JMAG仿真分析电机气隙磁密和电磁激振力密度,并通过傅里叶频谱分析验证所提方案在减小电磁激振力方面的有效性,为压缩机用永磁同步电机转子冲片设计和噪声优化提供有效的分析手段和结构借鉴。 With the continuous improvement of energy efficiency and performance requirements in the air conditioning industry,the noise level of variable frequency air conditioning compressors has become a hot topic in the market and research.This article studied the causes of noise generated by permanent magnet synchronous motors used in air conditioning compressors,and proposed an improved rotor topology design scheme.The scheme optimized the rotor topology structure by adding magnetic isolation holes,changing the width of the magnetic isolation bridge,and rotor pole cutting.The motor air gap magnetic density and electromagnetic excitation force density were analyzed through JMAG simulation,and the effectiveness of the proposed scheme in reducing electromagnetic excitation force was verified through Fourier spectrum analysis.This provides an effective analysis method and structural reference for the design of rotor blades and noise optimization of permanent magnet synchronous motors used in compressors.
