摘要
竹缠绕复合管作为我国原创发明技术,已列入国家“十四五”生物经济发展规划,也是国家加快“以竹代塑”发展三年行动计划的主要竹产品。为了让人们了解用竹子怎样做成压力管道,且竹子做成的管道是能够满足管道工程中应用的,文章从竹缠绕管道的强度设计、耐候耐久性设计、适用性设计、工程应用设计、标准制定5个方面阐述了竹缠绕管道质量体系形成的基础。
As an original technological invention from China,bamboo winding composite pipe has been included in the national“14th Five Year Plan”for developing the bioeconomy.Furthermore,it is recognized as a key bamboo product in the three-year action plan to promote“bamboo as a substitute for plastic”initiative.To help people understand the fabrication of pressure pipelines using bamboo,and to demonstrate that bamboo-made pipelines can meet the application requirements in pipeline engineering,this article elucidates the foundations for establishing a quality system for bamboo winding composite pipe.This is organized around five aspects:strength design,weather resistance and durability design,applicability design,engineering application design,and standard setting.
